Yard Waste Site is Open.

YARD WASTE SITE FOR COMBINED LOCKS RESIDENTS ONLY
(Automotive waste oil can be dropped off year-round)

2025 Permits are available in the Clerk’s Office.
   The cost is $10 for an annual permit

The Yard Waste Site is on the west side of Park Street just a short distance south of the Public Works Building. 

During the Park Street construction, the optimal time for accessing the yard waste site is
6:00pm – 7:00pm weekdays and 7:00am – 7:00pm on the weekends.

We’ll provide updates as the construction progresses.

Hours are daily from 7:00am to 7:00pm  through November 1st (weather permitting).

Combined Locks Residents WITH A PERMIT may drop off:

• twigs, grass clippings, shrub prunings, and small amounts of brush under 2′.
• Larger brush is collected curbside with a simple request.
• This is also the location for automotive waste oil drop off (no filters or /brush-collection-request-by-email/absorbents).

Yard waste is not collected curbside.

Non-Residents are prohibited from dropping off any item at the Combined Locks Yard Waste Site. Violators will be issued a municipal citation – NO EXCEPTIONS.
